Takes the next companies that have not been looked up yet and asks Apollo for a CEO, founder, owner, director or equivalent.

How this tracker works

What each part does, and what it costs.

The list

• 18,500 Nordic supply-chain companies loaded from the source spreadsheet — Sweden 7,000, Norway 4,300, Denmark 4,200, Finland 3,000.
• Every row starts with a company and country only. Everything else is filled in by Populate or typed by hand.

Populate

• Company name → Apollo company search → decision-maker search → (optionally) reveal the address.
• A match is confirmed by name. Apollo's search is fuzzy and will answer almost any string with something; an unconfirmed answer is discarded rather than recorded against the wrong firm.
• Dry run is the default and costs nothing. Only the reveal spends a credit — one per company.
• Addresses must be Apollo-verified, not on a catch-all domain, not a junior title, not a stale record. A person who fails those is kept as evidence with the address withheld, marked gated.
• Nothing is ever invented. A company Apollo does not know is marked not found and left blank.

The mail columns

• Five touches on days 1, 4, 8, 12 and 18, the same cadence as the MarvinXR tracker. The date records the day that touch went out.
• Draft content is not wired up yet.
